The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania provides 85 scholarships for education and skill levels "bachelor", "master", "doctor" in higher education institutions in Romania to persons who are not members of the European Union. We offer specialty: political and administrative sciences, education, Romanian culture and civilization, journalism, engineering sciences, oil and gas, agricultural science, veterinary medicine, architecture, art.

Romania provides free education in high school, living in dormitories, monthly scholarships (BA - €65, masters - €75, doctors - €85).

Applications to study at "bachelor", "master" and "doctor" levels in 2017-2018 academic year can be submitted until March 1, 2017 in the Romanian Embassy in Ukraine.
