July 13, 2018, Ivan Kopichenko, Regional Coordinator of the EGAP Program (e-government for the accountability of the authorities and community participation), provided eight scholarships on e-governance and e-democracy to the Library of Ushynsky University.
It is a systematic material that includes key concepts and their interpretation, reviews of existing e-democracy solutions, which consists of 15 parts and covers most areas of application of the latest information and communication technologies (IKT) in order to improve the quality of governance and improve the interaction between government and citizens, promotion of social innovation in Ukraine as a whole. Undoubtedly, the received training materials will be useful for students who are studying in the specialties "Law", "Political science", "Public administration and administration", as well as everyone who is interested in this problem.
The training manuals were created with the purpose of raising the level of qualification of public servants and introducing electives on e-government and e-democracy in higher education institutions of the Odessa Region within the framework of the Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP program implemented by the Eastern Europe Foundation and partners in cooperation with the State Agency for e-government issues, and funded by the Swiss Cooperation Office.
