March 5, 2019, on the basis of Bulgarian comprehensive secondary school of I-III levels of the Razdlina district council of Odesa region, co-authored the State Standard and Model Education Program, author of the current textbooks on mathematics, corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Mathematics and Methods of its Training of South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky Svitlana Skvortsova held a workshop for primary school teachers on: "Didactic and methodological support implementation of the typical educational program, teaching math in the first cycle of primary education by methodical system S. Skvortsova and A. Onopriyenko."

The event has been  attended by 35 teachers of primary school and methodologists from Razdilna, Bilyaevska, Reni and Izmail districts of Odesa region.
