Academic supervisors of postgraduate students and guarantors of educational and scientific programs in all specialties for which doctors of philosophy are trained in postgraduate and doctoral programs at Ushynsky University have undergone advanced training under the pilot program "Innovative Scientific Supervisor", one of the organizers of which was the university. Advanced training lasted on May 8-31, 2023 and included an educational component in the form of 12 lectures combined into 6 meaningful modules, as well as two surveys to determine the scope of competencies of a modern innovative scientific supervisor and a round table on topical issues of training doctors of philosophy in Ukraine. More than 150 academic supervisors, of which 41 are from Ushynsky University, successfully passed all stages of training, passed the final test and received the relevant certificates.
