The IX International Congress on Special Pedagogy and Psychology "EDUCATION OF PERSONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS IN PEACE AND WAR CONDITIONS", organized by the Mykola Yarmachenko Institute of Special Pedagogy and Psychology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, which took place on October 25-26, has completed its work.
The strategic goal of the congress was the discussion of the most pressing problems, consideration of a whole palette of the most topical issues of education of persons with special needs in the conditions of war.
During the congress, the problems of the industry, which existed even in pre-war times and have survived to this day, were highlighted, as well as familiarization with the best experience of training, psychological-pedagogical and correctional-developmental support on the territory of our state and the most developed countries of the world. This, in particular, was facilitated by the active work of the seven sections and the thematic Round Table.
