On November 22, 2023, an open lecture "Blood donation in peacetime and wartime" was held in the assembly hall of Ushynsky University.
The lecture was conducted by Volodymyr Nemertsalov, a volunteer of the Donor Odesa project, and Olena Velmozhko, a spokeswoman for the city health department of the Odesa City Council.

What is donation?
How to become a donor?
Is donation safe?
Who may need donor blood?
What are the precautions against donation?

The speakers gave answers to the questions that interested the audience.
