On October 2, 2025 at 3:00 PM, a practical webinar for administration, teachers and students was held online, dedicated to fundraising in the field of formal education in the EU. The event was held in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science and within the framework of the plan for integrating the European dimension into the educational process and the topics of scientific research of the university for 2025.

Speaker - Iana Boitsova, coordinator and curator of cultural projects in the field of digitalization of cultural heritage, head of Pixelated Realities (Italy).

Participants considered:

• how the European ecosystem of education support works: institutions, programs, mechanisms for submitting and attracting funding;
• the English-speaking scientific space: requirements for projects and publications, open science policy, repositories;
• opportunities for mobilities, scholarships, residencies, short-term events and networks for universities and schools;
• cultural heritage and digital humanities areas: typical competitions, partnerships, case examples and digital tools.
