On March 18, 2026, an online meeting was held with students for the second (master's) level of higher education majoring in A2 Preschool Education under the educational and professional program "Preschool Education. Management of a Preschool Education Institution". The event was aimed at familiarizing master's students with the possibilities of choosing disciplines of the variable component. During the meeting, scientific and pedagogical workers of the Faculty of Preschool Pedagogy and Psychology of Ushynsky University presented a structured overview of selective educational components, focusing on their content characteristics, professional orientation and practice-oriented significance in the training of future specialists of preschool education institutions.
The interactive format of the event provided an opportunity for students to receive comprehensive answers to relevant questions, clarify the features of individual disciplines and use the professional recommendations of teachers on the optimal choice of academic disciplines. It is emphasized that selective academic disciplines are an important tool for individualizing the educational process, contributing to the deepening of professional competencies, the development of managerial and practical skills, as well as increasing the competitiveness of graduates in the modern labor market.
