On November 28, 2019, the Department of Gymnastics and Martial Arts of the Educational-Scientific Institute of Physical Culture, Sports and Rehabilitation of Ushynsky University under the guidance of the NOC of Ukraine in Odesa region held a seminar "Sports Psychology: Mental Training".

The seminar has been held by Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor Oksana Vdovichenko. The purpose of the seminar is to awaken in young athletes the means of mental training the desire to achieve maximum balance and to develop and improve their abilities.
