June 26-27, 2020 within the framework of the International Project DAAD "Conflict-coaching, dissemination of mediation dialogue" (Project - ID: 57523748) professors and associate professors of the Department of Educational Management and Public Administration, Department of General and Differential Psychology of the State Institution "South Ukrainian National Pedagogical K.D. Ushynsky University ”(S. Tronko, N. Chernenko, I. Brynza, O. Gusak, etc.) took part in an international online training workshop on“ Mediation Conflict Coaching ”.

Project manager, representative of the Hamburg School of Mediation was Professor O. Redlich, - presented the author's conceptual approach to mediation conflict coaching. During the training session, the procedure of conflict coaching was worked out, using the methods of controlled dialogue, resource-oriented interviews, self-development as a coach-conflictologist.

At the same time, mediators, experts, scientists from Germany, Ukraine, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan took part in the Online Workshop.
