On October 30, 2020, the Department of Mathematics and Methods of Teaching at Ushynsky University held an online seminar on the topic: "Implementation of specialized training in the context of reforming school mathematics education."

The seminar has been attended by the teachers of the Department of Mathematics and Methods of Teaching, teachers of other universities, students of the 3d-6th courses of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of full-time/part-time studies.

During the seminar, the target, content, and procedural models of mathematics as a subject of modern secondary school have been considered, a comparative analysis of these models in the teaching of mathematics at different educational levels.
