On December 23, 2020 a round table was held on the topic: "Ukraine and the world: results of 2020" with the participation of teachers of the Department of Political Science and Law (Prof. Naumkina S.M., Prof. Gedikova N.P., Assoc. Prof. Rostetska S.I. ., senior lecturer, Pronoza I.I.) and the applicants for higher education 1-4 years of study specialty 052 "Political Science" of the State Institution "South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after  K.D. Ushynsky".

Within the framework of the stated topic, the round table addressed issues on current issues of modern socio-political development of Ukraine and the world; diplomacy as a means of regulating foreign relations; vectors of foreign policy development of Ukraine; information policy.

The discussion of the round table provoked a lively discussion, the participants of which emphasized their importance and significance in the modern globalized world, made proposals for solving problematic processes and phenomena.

At the end of the round table participants outlined promising areas of work in the context of this topic.
