In the first decade of April, the results of the first International Art Competition "INTERSTELLAR" were completed. The founder and president of the 1st International Competition "INTERSTELLAR" is Anna Stepanova - head of the charity fund "Golden Saxophone", winner of international competitions, one of the leading saxophonists in Ukraine, artist Selmer Paris, BG France, lecturer at the Faculty of Music and Choreography at Ushynsky University Natalia Kostiantynivna Bilova, Dean of the Faculty of Music and Choreography  of Ushynsky University, Professor, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine, was invited to chair the jury of the competition.

This multi-genre competition brought together more than 300 participants and jury members from eighteen countries in Europe, Asia and America (Austria, Great Britain, Italy, China, Mexico, USA, Greece, Poland, Czech Republic, Belarus, Latvia, Moldova, Ukraine and others).  The gala concert took place in the hall of the Odesa Regional Philharmonic.

1st place was won by Yang Penfei, Yu Henyuan, 2nd place was won by Yuan Shaoqiang, Tong Linge ("Vocal" nomination), artistic and scientific director, head of the Department of Music Theory and Vocal, Professor Kyon Natalia Georgiivna.

2nd place in the "Saxophone" nomination was won by: graduate student Wang BinBin and an ensemble of postgraduate saxophonists (artistic director, Anna Stepanova). Among the winners there should also be noted the graduate of the master's degree Liu Lu, who took 2nd place in the nomination "Piano" (class of associate professor Demidova M.G.).
