On June 1-02, 2021, at South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky, interviews were held with students on the prevention of cases of missing persons.
At the invitation of the Department of Educational Management and Public Administration of Ushynsky University on June 1, 2021 the head of the patronage service of the Odesa regional state administration, deputy of the Odesa district council, PhD in public administration, Associate professor of the department of public administration and regional studies Lipovska Svitlana Oleksiivna conducted a guest class on “Human resources and public finances. Gender Aspect” for students majoring in 281 Public Administration and Administration within the discipline “State Building and Local Self-Government”.
On May 20, 2021, the House of Scientists hosted a celebration of Odesa scientists on the occasion of Science Day. The head of the Department of Higher Mathematics and Statistics of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics, Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, Professor Vyacheslav Mykolayovych Pyvovarchyk received the honorary award of the Odesa Mayor "Labor Glory" for a significant scientific contribution to the development of natural and mathematical science.
At the end of May 2021, participants of the educational process of the Faculty of Foreign Languages of South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky within the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine prepared a cross-cultural event - a series of presentations on the history, political system of Ukraine.
At the end of the academic year, Ushynsky University always sums up the results of scientific work. This year the winner of the competition "Best Young Scientist of the Year" in the nomination "Best Postgraduate Scientist" was Romashchenko Kateryna Volodymyrivna, the winner of the third (educational and scientific) higher education specialty 015 Professional Education.

On April 8-9, 2021, the second stage of the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in the fields of knowledge and specialties was held remotely in Lviv.
