On September 23-24, 2021, on the occasion of the double holiday, the jubilee year of the Faculty of History and Philology and the Department of Ukrainian Philology and Methods of Teaching Professional Disciplines, a representative International Scientific Conference "Ukrainian Literature in the Multicultural and Educational Space of Today" took place. The quarantine restrictions and the remote format of the scientific meeting did not hinder the celebration, full of events and bright events in honor of an important anniversary in the life of the faculty community. The virtual space of Ushinsky University gathered not only guests-scientists from all over Ukraine (Lviv, Ternopil, Kamyanets-Podilsky, Lutsk, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky, Kherson, Mykolayiv, Vinnytsia, Zaporizhia, Poltava, Melitopol Glukhiv, Kharkiv, Sumy), but also foreign colleagues from the Slovak Republic, Bulgaria, the Republic of Belarus, Germany, Azerbaijan, Canada, and others.

On September 23, 2021, the management of the Educational and Cultural Center “Confucius Institute”, representatives of the Student Council held an official meeting for 23 Chinese language teachers who arrived from the People's Republic of China to support the educational process in its branches and the Faculty of Foreign Languages of Ushynsky University.

Since September 23, 2021, in connection with the introduction of the "yellow" zone of epidemic danger of COVID-19 in Odesa, quarantine restrictions have been introduced in the city.

As part of the PAGOSTE international project, on September 21-22, 2021, representatives of the Vienna University of Economics and Business (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien \ Vienna University of Economics and Business), Professor Richard Fortmüller and Rosanna Steininger, conducted a training professional knowledge.

The target audience of the training were teachers of higher education institutions, teachers and masters of industrial training of vocational education institutions, students.

On September 23, a guest lecture by local lore expert, art critic and journalist, graduate of Odesa art designer Volodymyr Kudlach for students majoring in 014 Secondary Education (Fine Arts) took place. As part of a lecture on the art of Odesa in the early twentieth century, a presentation of the monograph by V. Kudlach "Edwards Boris Williamovich" (Odesa, 2021).
