On June 9, the President of the German Bundestag Barbel Bass, the Speaker of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania Viktoria Chmilitye-Nielsen and the First Lady of Lithuania Diana Nausedienje visited the Ukrainian Center in Vilnius.
The Ukrainian center became the first institution on the territory of the EU, which was created on the initiative of the first ladies of the two countries of Ukraine and Lithuania in Vilnius. Therefore, it is not surprising that the institution does not stop receiving guests, but it is to show that it is a place of meeting, support and development of Ukrainians who were forced to leave their country because of the war. Before the NATO summit, representatives from all over the world (31 countries) supporting Ukraine will be here more than once. This time the guests came to the workshop of Svitlana Shevchenko, who kindly agreed to be a guest of the "Skripka" workshop of Ushynsky University, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities (Odesa, Ukraine) recently. Issues of support for Ukrainians were discussed at the event.
