On October 19, the first working meeting between Ushynsky University and Iliauni University (Tbilisi, Georgia) took place. The meeting was held with the aim of expanding the geography of international cooperation and establishing new international ties and was marked by important discussions regarding future cooperation.
The meeting was attended by Andrii Krasnozhon, the Rector of the University, Andrii Nachev, the Vice-rector for international, social-humanitarian and scientific-pedagogical work, Oleksandra Morgun, the head of the international relations department and the organizer of the meeting, Volodymyr Chernykh, the coordinator of the center of international projects and programs.
Iliauni University was represented by Dr. Marika Kapanadze, head of the Scientific and Educational Research Center. The meeting turned out to be an important step in the development of cooperation between our universities.
During the meeting, various areas of cooperation between our universities were discussed. The key point was the discussion of the possibility of developing educational-professional and educational-scientific study programs in partnership with Iliauni University and the possibility of obtaining double diplomas, which open up new opportunities for our students for learning and professional growth.
