On February 15, 2024, the "Confucius Institute" Educational and Cultural Center of Ushynsky University held a solemn event "Chinese-Ukrainian Spring", which was attended by rector Andrii KRASNOZHON, Hanna MUZYCHENKO, the vice-rector for scientific work, representatives of the student council and students of higher education.
The dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Oleksandra POPOVA, and Oleksandra MORHUN,
the Secretary of the Cabinet of the Educational and Cultural Center "Confucius Institute" made a welcome speech.
Students of Ushynsky University demonstrated their talents in dance, song and cooking in honor of the Chinese New Year 2024 - the year of the Green Wooden Dragon. Those present highly appreciated the traditional Chinese and Ukrainian dishes.
As part of the event, representatives of the Ushynsky University administration held an online discussion with colleagues from the Harbin Engineering University regarding the prospective plan for the further development of educational and cultural relations between Ukraine and China.
