On March 14, at 12:00-2:00 p.m., another meeting of the "School of Logistics" was held at the Department of Philosophy, Sociology and Management of Socio-Cultural Activities under the leadership of Professor Ye.R. Borinstein.
The following issues were discussed:
- "Freedom as a valuable priority of modern Ukrainian society based on the works of T.G. Shevchenko", dedicated to the 210th anniversary of the birth of the national poet;
- "Moral and ethical problems of immortality."
The students of the Faculty Social and Human Sciences of 1-4 years of training specialties 028 Management of socio-cultural activities were present; 034 Culturology; 053 Psychology; postgraduate students of specialty 033 Philosophy, the guarantor of postgraduate studies 033 Philosophy Prof. Petinova O.B., the guarantor of bachelor's degree 034 Cultural studies, Prof. Ye.R. Borinstein, the head of the Department.
The students prepared interesting presentations. Using the example of a discussion about the film "The Age of Adaline", they discussed the values of life and the importance of immortality as an ideal. Unfortunately, an Airborne Alert was declared during the discussion. Therefore, the discussion was continued already in the bomb shelter. The students demonstrated extensive erudition and clear commitment to the values of freedom, the desire to build a moral society. The discussion was followed by a quiz.
