On March 15, to the International day of the number "π" in the Library of Ushynsky University, an exhibition and excursion into the world of mathematical old prints was held, followed by a round table on the topic "Modern textbook in mathematics" with the participation of library employees, students of higher education of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Natural and Mathematical Sciences, of informatics and management and associate professors of the department of higher mathematics and statistics Olha Mykolaivna Boldareva, Halyna Dmytrivna Urum and OlHa Mykolaivna Yakovleva. The discussion was continued in the shelters of the library, where teachers of the department of higher mathematics and statistics demonstrated to students the visual application of mathematics in the development of architectural plans and building construction.
