On March 28, 2024, the Department of Educational Management and Public Administration organized a round table "Academic Integrity in the Educational Environment", which was held in accordance with the University's Integrity Week events.
The speakers of the event were students of the 2nd year of the educational and professional program "Public Management and Administration": Anastasia Nekrasova, Khrystyna Bodyul, Diana Voloshyna, Serafima Gavrylenko.
The participants of the round table considered the main components of the ethics of scientific activity, the moral and ethical values of the researcher and his requirements, the fundamental values of academic integrity. Particular attention was paid to the types of violations of academic integrity and the academic responsibility of students for violations of academic integrity. The participants of the round table discussed the tools of maintaining academic integrity and measures for prevention and modern directions of combating academic plagiarism, as well as directly systems for checking texts for signs of plagiarism, in particular Strike Plagiarism.
