On August 30, 2024, at the Faculty of Preschool Pedagogy and Psychology, Baranova Veronika Volodymyrivna, PhD in Pedagogy, senior teacher of the Department of Preschool and Primary Education , "Odesa Academy of Continuing Education of the Odesa Regional Council", held a guest lecture "Digital technologies in preschool education" for students of the second (master's) level of education under the educational and professional program "Preschool education. Management of a preschool education institution" on the Teams platform.
In the course of the guest lecture, Veronika Baranova familiarized the students of higher education with the features of remote work organization with preschool children and their parents. With the problems of using programs (Zoom, Teams, Skype, Big Blue Button, Google Meetings), messengers (Viber, Telegram, Wats Up) in the educational process of SEN. Digital tools for the professional activity of educators - editing texts, images, video and sound files (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft PowerPoint, LibreOffice, DaVinci Resolve, Lightworks, VSDC Free Video Editor, www.canva.com, www.powtoon.com, Sodaphonic, GoldWave, NeroWaveEditor, Gimp, PIXLR, CorelDRAW, etc.). With educational sites and portals that offer ON-LINE educational games and tasks for children (Game-Game, Logiclike, LearningApps.org, Wizer.me, Liveworksheets, etc.). The specifics and prospects of using Artificial Intelligence in education. Compliance and protection of copyright on the Internet. The lecture stimulated students of higher education to deepen and enrich their knowledge of digitization and digitization of preschool education.
