On October 28, 2024, the professor of the department of sports games and management of physical culture K. O. Bogatyrev organized a guest lecture in the framework of the discipline "Organizational management activity in educational institutions" on the topic "Management of educational activity" with Oksana Oleksandrivna Adamenko, PhD in Pedagogy, Associate Professor of Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding for the students of the second (master's) level of higher education, specialty 014 Secondary education, subject specialty 014.11 Secondary education (Physical culture).
During the lecture, modern concepts of management theory were highlighted, the management system of educational activities in Ukraine and the world, the principles, functions and methods of managing an educational institution were considered. In addition to theoretical knowledge, student participants of the event had the opportunity to exchange opinions with the lecturer, to ask questions about the current tasks of modern educational management.
