On March 1, 2025, the implementation of a unique microcredit training program for internally displaced persons (IDPs) - "Business and Technology: A New Start" - began at the Ushynsky University Mental Health Center. This educational initiative, implemented within the framework of the international TURBO project (101129315-TURBO-Erasmus-EDU-2023-CBHE), is aimed at the socio-psychological adaptation and integration of IDPs into a new environment, the development of entrepreneurial competencies and digital skills.
The opening speech was delivered by the Rector of Ushynsky University, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Andrii Krasnozhon, who emphasized the importance of educational initiatives to support internally displaced persons and their professional adaptation.
The coordinator of the Center for International Projects and Programs of Ushynsky University, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Volodymyr Chernykh, spoke about the uniqueness of the program, its content and prospects.
Special attention was paid to approaches to the social adaptation of IDPs and overcoming challenges in the integration process during the speeches of the project partners - representatives of the public organization "Association for the Development of Vocational and Continuing Education" (Kharkiv):

The opening ceremony was held by the head of the academic group of the TURBO project, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Chernenko Natalia.
The program "Business and Technologies: A New Start" is designed taking into account the current needs of IDPs and includes courses on the development of entrepreneurial skills, mastering modern digital technologies and the use of psychological tools for effective adaptation. Participants have the opportunity not only to gain useful knowledge, but also to integrate into a new professional environment, develop their potential and receive an official certificate of completion of the training.
