On March 16, 2025, as part of the study of the discipline "Psychological Training as a Method of Practical Psychology" for students of the second (master's) level of higher education in the specialty 053 Psychology of the EPP "Applied and Practical Psychology" of the correspondence form of study, a guest lecture-workshop on the psychology of training was held. The lecture was given by Olha PASHKO, certified andrologist, trainer (Federal Academy of Management of Austria, Adult Education Seminar of Switzerland); supervisor of the UUSC (Ukrainian Union of Supervision and Coaching) / ANSE (Association of National Supervisory Associations of Europe).
During the lecture, applicants learned about the main tasks of psychological training, the role of the trainer, his position and influence on the group, as well as the essence and variety of training methods. The speaker shared her own experience and provided practical cases that contribute to the effective application of training technologies in the professional activities of a psychologist.
The meeting was held in the format of an interactive dialogue, which gave the participants the opportunity to ask questions, discuss real situations and receive valuable advice from an experienced specialist. This format allows future psychologists not only to deepen their knowledge, but also to develop practical skills necessary for successful work in the field of psychological training.
