As part of the Academic Integrity Week, a roundtable discussion was held at Ushynsky University on March 21, 2025 on the topic: "Artificial Intelligence and Academic Integrity." The event aimed to initiate an open dialogue between teachers on the current challenges and opportunities facing the academic environment in connection with the active implementation of artificial intelligence technologies.
The roundtable participants discussed a number of important issues, including:
• How is AI changing scientific activity?
• Do modern technologies pose a threat to academic integrity?
• How to understand plagiarism, copyright and ethical aspects in the AI era?
The event was marked by the active participation of teachers, who had the opportunity to ask questions to the expert, head of the laboratory of artificial intelligence and robotic systems Viktor Korablev, exchange views, and share their experience using AI in teaching and research.
The round table became a platform for professional dialogue on the responsible use of innovative technologies in education and science, the event contributed to raising teachers' awareness of academic integrity issues in the context of digitalization of the educational process.
