International non-profit organization PH International (Project Harmony, Inc.) announces the

opportunity for children aged 13 to 16 from low-income families and other children in difficult

circumstances, to demonstrate their knowledge and skills in the competition for educational

scholarship to learn English.

The minimum age for participation - 13 years old. The documents (copies) should be given
