On April 5, at a meeting of the working group of the EPP "Children and Youth Services", a constructive discussion of the prospects for the development of the educational and professional program "Children and Youth Services" took place. The need for such a dialogue is dictated by changes in the list of fields of knowledge and specialties, which requires timely adaptation of the educational process to modern realities and the needs of the labor market. During the meeting of the working group, key areas of its modernization were outlined. The main attention was focused on the issues of harmonizing the content of academic disciplines with the updated name of the specialty, introducing innovative educational technologies and strengthening the competency-based approach in training future specialists in the field of working with children and youth. The participants in the discussion shared their vision of optimizing educational components and internship programs in order to ensure that graduates have maximum competitiveness and readiness for effective professional activity. The results of the discussion will confirm the desire of the EPP "Children and Youth Services" support group to provide high-quality and relevant education that meets the highest standards.
