On April 8, 2025, at the Department of Biology and Health-Saving Technologies of South Ukrainian National Pedagogicak University named after K. D. Ushynsky, an online webinar "Effectiveness of integral kinesiological models of neuromuscular system readaptation after prolonged hypokinesia" was held for applicants for higher education of the second (master's) level in specialty 017 Physical Culture and Sports (Adaptive Physical Culture). The speaker of the webinar, Andrii Anatoliiovych Chernozub, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor, Professor of the Department of Theory of Sports and Physical Culture of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University, Director of the Research Center of Modern Kinesiology KINEZUS, introduced the methods of assessing the initial level of the functional state of the human body and monitoring its dynamics in the process of using the proposed models of classes aimed at the readaptation of the neuromuscular system.
During the webinar, the methodology for developing kinesiological models of neuromuscular readaptation for people in the late and remote stages of recovery after stroke, cerebral palsy, and post-traumatic periods was considered, taking into account physiological adaptation processes, the peculiarities of energy supply of motor activity, using integral methods of assessing and correcting the amount of physical exertion, taking into account the individual characteristics of the functional state, the state of the neuromuscular system, and the body's adaptive reserves. The webinar ended with a lively discussion with the masters, which indicated the relevance of the topic and great interest on the part of the students.
