On June 15, 2025, a reporting session was held at Kozminski University (Warsaw, Poland) dedicated to the implementation of the tasks of the international Erasmus+ KA2 CBHE project “TURBO” (“Reimagining Universities’ Response to Big Obstacles: Building Resilient Higher Education for Crisis Management”).
The results of the implementation of the TURBO project on the basis of the state institution “South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky” were presented by the project manager, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Educational Management and Public Administration Natalia Chernenko. The implementation of the microcredit program “Business and Technology: A New Start” in the spring semester of 2025 is aimed at supporting people who were forced to leave their homes during the war in Ukraine. The program was implemented in a blended format taking into account the principles of inclusion and digital accessibility — all classes were recorded and provided asynchronously.
The report paid special attention to the pedagogical design of training modules, in particular, the development and implementation of author's manuals on the disciplines: "Technologies for the Development of Personal Potential", "Personal Resilience in Extreme Situations", "Startup Organization", "Conflict Coaching and Mediation", etc. Volodymyr Chernykh, coordinator of the Center for International Projects and Programs of Ushinsky University, emphasized active cooperation with public institutions, in particular with the PO "Association for the Development of Professional and Continuing Education", the Odesa Regional Employment Center and the International Fund for Social Adaptation. The participants of the reporting session were representatives of Nord University (Norway), Ukrainian partner universities, who highly appreciated the results of the implementation of the microcredit program based on Ushynsky University, noting the innovative approach to adapting educational resources in times of crisis.
