Dear colleagues!
Take the opportunity to replenish your library's funds with the e-Book program. Promote the e-Book program among your readers and motivate them to donate purchased and read books to the library.
Everyone who is 18 years old has the opportunity to receive funds from the state for books and make a gift to their library.
To do this, you need to use the “e-Book” state support program:
install the DIYA application on your smartphone;
select the “e-Book” service and follow the link;
open a digital/virtual “Diya. Card” in one of the banks of Ukraine;
submit an application;
after approval, the funds will be credited to the digital/virtual “Diya. Card”;
spend money on books in an online bookstore or stationary bookstore (a list of bookstores where you can buy books is available on demand: https://bit.ly/4iPfFiq).
After reading, you can donate books to your local library and give other readers a chance to get acquainted with modern publications. Share information with friends who have not yet had time to use the program.

If you suddenly do not like to read and do not want to buy books for yourself - make a gift to your family or friends, or buy and donate a book to the library.
IMPORTANT:
You can receive state aid within a year from the moment you turn 18.
You must spend money on books within 3 months, all unspent funds are returned to the state to pay assistance to other recipients.
In designated bookstores, you can only purchase books in Ukrainian: printed, electronic or audio books. It is impossible to pay for other goods/services or transfer funds to another card.
Assistance is provided to all 18-year-old citizens of Ukraine regardless of their place of residence (i.e. abroad, you can also purchase books in designated bookstores https://bit.ly/4iPfFiq)
The project was implemented by the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Book Institute with the assistance of the "Action Support Project", which the United Nations Development Program in Ukraine implements with funding from the Government of Sweden.
