In early June 2025, for the second year in a row, a roundtable meeting with stakeholders “Current issues of the quality of training of applicants in educational programs of specialty C4 Psychology of Ushynsky University” was held.
The meeting discussed the status of implementation and projects of educational programs of all levels of higher education in the specialty C4 Psychology operating at Ushynsky University, namely:
first (bachelor's) level of higher education:
- EPP “Psychology” (guarantor - Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor Oksana VDOVICHENKO);
second (master's) level of higher education:
- EPP “Applied and Practical Psychology” (guarantor - Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor Olga VODOLAZSKA);
- EPP “Practical Psychology. Extreme and Crisis Psychology” (guarantor - Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor Svitlana SYTNIK);
- EPP "Clinical Psychology" (guarantor - Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor Iryna SAVENKOVA);
third (educational and scientific) level of higher education:
- ESP "Psychology" (guarantor - Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor Maria KAZANZHY);
Scientific and pedagogical workers of the departments of general and differential psychology, clinical psychology and mental health, theory and methods of practical psychology, applicants of all levels of higher education in specialty C4 Psychology were present. Guarantors of educational programs spoke, talked about innovations, taking into account the wishes of applicants, current requests for knowledge, skills and abilities of graduates, experience of passing accreditation, taking into account relevant recommendations (educational and scientific program "Psychology"), etc.

During the round table, the features of each educational program were discussed in detail, their compliance with the labor market demands of our region and Ukraine, as well as global trends in improving the quality of educational programs. The difficulties of conducting the educational process, especially in war conditions, and effective modern approaches to ensuring high quality higher education were identified, as well as the specifics of the development of psychological science, its reflection in educational programs, strengthening their practical direction and scientific component.
