On July 12, 2025, a meaningful training module on the topic "Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship" was successfully held at the Ushynsky University Mental Health Center. The event was held within the framework of the implementation of the international project "TURBO" and the microcredit training program for internally displaced persons "Business and Technology: A New Start".
The purpose of the module was not only to acquaint the participants with basic economic concepts, but also to form in them the practical skills necessary for starting their own business in the conditions of modern Ukraine. The participants of the class were internally displaced persons who are looking for new opportunities for personal development, professional realization and integration into the economic life of the country.
During the training, the following were considered:
• entrepreneurship as a type of professional activity based on initiative, innovation and responsibility;
• the main legal and organizational forms of doing business, taking into account the peculiarities of the transformational economy;
• stages of business planning that allow you to effectively launch and scale projects;
• strategies for adapting entrepreneurial activity to the challenges of an unstable market environment and socio-political changes.
The participants actively participated in discussions, worked in small groups, analyzed cases and created initial business ideas. The event was another step towards expanding economic opportunities for IDPs, contributing to increasing self-confidence and strengthening social cohesion.
