Within the framework of the international project "TURBO" at Ushynsky University, the implementation of a unique microcredit training program for internally displaced persons "Business and Technology: A New Start" continues. Its main goal is to promote the socio-psychological adaptation and harmonious integration of IDPs into the environment of our region. On July 16, representatives of the Public Association "Association for the Development of Professional and Continuing Education" visited us, which held an offline training session at the Mental Health Center of Ushynsky University. The team of trainers included:
- Executive Director of the Public Association "Association for the Development of Professional and Continuing Education", Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Tetyana Bondarenko;
- Project Coordinator; member of the Public Association "Association for the Development of Professional and Continuing Education" Roman Nesterenko
- member of the Public Association "Association for the Development of Professional and Continuing Education", Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Maryna Vasilyeva
The project participants received not only valuable theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills in developing creativity, idea generation techniques aimed at opening their own business and revealing their internal potential.
The interactive block with cases deserves special attention, where modern methods and technologies were used as a startup, where, thanks to the LEGO constructor, participants visualized their own business ideas.
Such interaction demonstrates how important it is to combine educational initiatives, psychological support and practical tools to form a new start in the life of each program participant.
ціативи, психологічну підтримку та практичні інструменти для формування нового старту в житті кожного учасника програми.
