On November 7, 2025, for the students of the second (master's) level of education under the educational and professional program "Preschool education. Management of a preschool educational institution" on the basis of Odesa PEI 228, an on-site practical lesson in the discipline "Management of a preschool educational institution" was held. Nabuhotkina N.M. spoke about the kindergarten's participation in the joint project of UNICEF and the All-Ukrainian Foundation "Step by Step" - "Strengthening life resilience and socio-emotional development of preschool children", as well as about the cooperation of the educational institution with the public organization "Good Education".

Master's students took part in the master class "Emotional development of a child and its connection with attachment. How to help a teacher become an additional figure of attachment." Involvement in the implementation of the master class tasks helped students to realize the importance of attachment and its impact on the emotional development of a child. In practice, the participants of the master class mastered the tools for supporting the emotional sphere of a child, learned to see and identify the child's emotions, and practiced helping children experience emotions.

Master's students were convinced in practice of the importance of cooperation between a preschool educational institution and public organizations and the effectiveness of project activities in the context of implementing management tasks to ensure the quality of preschool education.
