On November 12, 2025 at 4:00 PM, a guest lecture on the topic “Creativity in times of crisis and in extreme circumstances” was held for applicants of the EPP “Pedagogy. Management of an Educational Institution”, EPP “Practical and Applied Psychology”.

The speaker of the event was Olga Zbarskaya — Doctor of Science, expert in the field of developing human creative potential, member of the ACSW Academy, member of The Textbook & Academic Authors Association (TAA), founder and president of the OZCREDO company, author of scientific papers, books and textbooks.

The invited guest was Dr. Uchenna A. Ekwo — Doctor of Science in Public Policy and Administration, researcher at the Department of Mass Communications at Medgar Evers College of the City University of New York, lecturer at the School of Public Affairs and Administration at Rutgers University (Newark, New Jersey, USA).

During the lecture, the speakers revealed the importance of creativity as a driving force for personal and professional development in times of instability and crises, and focused on the role of education in developing creative thinking among leaders, teachers, and psychologists.

The students had the opportunity to join the international discourse on the challenges of the modern world, discuss practical ways to maintain psychological resilience, initiative, and leadership in the educational environment.

The event was organized by the Department of Educational Management and Public Administration, the guarantor of the educational and professional program, Professor Nataliya Chernenko. Such guest lectures are an integral part of the formation of global thinking, creativity, and managerial culture of future teachers, educational managers, and psychologists.
