A guest lecture "The influence of cognitive styles on decision-making" for applicants the students of the EPP "Pedagogy. Management of an educational institution", EPP "Practical and applied psychology"

On November 19, 2025 at 4:00 PM, an online meeting was held, organized by the Institute of Creative Thinking “OZ CREDO” (USA) together with Ushynsky University for the students of the EPP “Pedagogy. Management of an Educational Institution”, EPP “Practical and Applied Psychology”.

The main speaker is Olga Zbarska, Doctor of Sciences, an expert in the field of developing human creative potential, a member of the ACSW Academy and The Textbook & Academic Authors Association, founder and president of the OZCREDO company, author of numerous books and textbooks. In her report, she revealed the topic “The Influence of Cognitive Styles on Decision-Making”, focusing on how individual characteristics of thinking affect the effectiveness of managerial decisions.

Guest speaker John Capaldi, a lawyer with a Juris Doctorate and over 30 years of experience, shared practical aspects of the topic “The Legal Aspect of Self-Determination in America,” drawing on his own experience as a professor at Temple University, journalist, law firm owner, inspector for the US Treasury Department, and assistant city attorney of Philadelphia.

The meeting became a valuable platform for discussing modern approaches to decision-making and legal aspects of self-realization, contributing to the professional development of education seekers.
