Master's degree choreographers at the Mental Health Center presented a series of master classes "My Body is My Friend"

Over the past two weeks, the Mental Health Center has held final open classes for master's students majoring in 024 "Choreography" under the module of the certification program "Fundamentals of Dance and Movement Therapy" - "Dance Health-Saving Practices". This program is selective. Within the framework of the laboratory "Contemporary Art Studios", master's choreographers organized a mini-course that opened the door to the world of deeper contact with themselves: "My body is my friend", where the body becomes the main tool of awareness, harmony and internal support.

The master's students presented their own practical classes, open to all comers. The topics of the classes were aimed at finding internal support, awareness of their body, understanding emotions through movement, plastic and dance, as well as at the formation of creativity and relaxation skills.

People of different ages and professions who were not familiar with each other took part in the events. Despite this, our graduates managed to create a warm, trusting and relaxing atmosphere - by the end of each session, the participants already felt like a close-knit group.

The feedback from the guests was especially pleasant: they noted the professionalism and sensitivity of the master's students, emphasized the benefits of the experience gained and wished them further success, noting that we are moving in the right direction and doing something important for people.
