On December 8, 2025, a guest lecture was held by Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management of the Municipal Institution of Higher Education "Odesa Academy of Continuing Education of the Odesa Regional Council" MUKOVOZ Oleksiy Pavlovych on the topic "Scientometrics: Fundamentals, Data Sources and Functional Capabilities". The lecture was attended by the students for the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education in the specialty "Educational, Pedagogical Sciences", "Professional Education", the first (bachelor's) level of higher education in specialty 014 secondary education (physical culture), guarantors, the head and teachers of the Department of Pedagogy, scientific supervisors of postgraduate students.

During the lecture, considerable attention was paid to the significance of scientometrics, its capabilities, in particular the search for scientific information that can be obtained in scientific publications while working on a dissertation, useful information was provided about sites that present free access to information, practical possibilities of the work of these sites were shown, how to work with them, etc. At the end of the lecture, the lecturers and graduate students had the opportunity to ask questions that arose in their minds during the lecture and receive thorough answers. All participants of the lecture noted its interest, content, relevance and usefulness. We sincerely thank Professor Oleksiy Pavlovych Mukovoz for a meaningful and inspiring lecture.
