“Once Upon a Christmas” is the name of the fairy tale that choreographic students presented to schoolchildren and residents of the village of “Avangard”.

The students of the master’s degree majoring in 024 Choreography and B6 Choreography carried out their work on the basis of the “Liberal Art” Dance Theater, which operates on the basis of the “Modern Art Studios” laboratory. The students implemented their creative work within the framework of the course “Innovations in the Project Activity of a Ballet Master”. The fairy tale will also be performed at the Puppet Theater for Children-Immigrants.

The fairy tale is amazing, very modern. But it combines Ukrainian traditions, ancient mythology of Ukrainians and the experience and life of modern children.

The schoolchildren and spectators watched the performance with enthusiasm, recorded it on their phones, and were active in the tasks proposed by the students.

The choreography students showed their acting skills, and they also sewed the costumes themselves.
