The event took place on the 14th December 2016 with the participation of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Norway to Ukraine Mr. Ole T. Horpestada, acting Odessa Regional State Administration Chairman S. Bobrowska and representatives of the International Foundation for Social Adaptation (Kyiv), the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and others.

The project "Ukraine-Norway" is the vocational training of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, retired offices, members of ATO and their families under the program "Management of business activities."
