On February 26, a special event was held at Ushynsky University - a screening and discussion of the documentary film "Winter on Fire: Ukraine's Struggle for Freedom." It was more than just a movie viewing: participants had the opportunity to remember, feel, and reflect on the events that changed our society and each of us personally.
The film tells the story of the strength, dignity, and high price of freedom that Ukrainians defended during the Revolution of Dignity. After the screening, an open discussion took place, where students and teachers shared their own impressions, thoughts, and emotions. The event became a safe space for reflection and mutual support.
The event was co-organized by the Municipal Institution "Odesa Regional Center for Patriotic Education and Organization of Leisure for Children and Youth" with the support of the Department of Education and Science.
The organizers emphasized that the memory of such events is also our responsibility, and such meetings help to more deeply realize the value of freedom, dignity, and unity.
