Victoria ROMANCHENKO, a student majoring in 053 Psychology of the EPP "Psychology" of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Psychology and Social Sciences of Ushynsky University, studied under the Erasmus+ academic mobility program at the Pädagogische Hochschule Weingarten (Germany, Weingarten) during the fall semester. Here is what Victoria herself says about this experience: "The fall semester of the third year of my bachelor's degree became a particularly significant period of academic and personal development for me, as I had the opportunity to spend it at one of the most interesting institutions of higher education in Northern Europe - Pädagogische Hochschule Weingarten (Germany, Weingarten).
Participation in the Erasmus+ program opened up new opportunities for me to study and gain international academic experience. First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the administration of Ushynsky University and the Head of the International Relations Department, Oleksandra MORHUN, for the opportunity to participate in this program. Participation in an international academic exchange was an extremely valuable and unique experience for me. At first, it was a new and somewhat exciting stage, but being in an international academic environment quickly helped me adapt and feel confident. The experience of studying with students from different countries, getting to know new cultures, and numerous interesting meetings significantly broadened my worldview and contributed to my personal development.
Separately It is worth noting the high level of organization of the educational process at the Pädagogische Hochschule Weingarten. The approach of the teachers to the students is extremely supportive and open. During the study, regular surveys were conducted on the quality of teaching and organization of the educational process, which indicates the university's interest in improving the educational environment and taking into account the opinions of students. The learning atmosphere was friendly, comfortable and conducive to academic development.
I would also like to emphasize the high level of support from the program coordinators. From the first days of our stay at the university, we were provided with the necessary assistance and detailed support on organizational issues. The coordinators helped with the preparation of all necessary documents, explained the procedures related to the scholarship, registration and other administrative aspects. Thanks to their support, the adaptation process was easy and understandable.
Overall, participation in the Erasmus+ program at the Pädagogische Hochschule Weingarten became an extremely valuable academic and life experience for me. I am sincerely grateful to Ushynsky University for this opportunity and am convinced that such programs play an important role in the development of international academic cooperation and the professional development of students. In the future, I will be happy to continue to support initiatives aimed at the development of Ushynsky University and the improvement of the academic environment."
