On March 18, 2026, an online consultation was held for students of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education in specialty of Preschool Education, dedicated to the implementation of the variable component of the educational and professional program. As part of the event, the teaching staff of the Faculty of Preschool Pedagogy and Psychology of Ushynsky University presented information on elective academic disciplines, outlined their content, functional purpose and applied potential in the professional training of future specialists.
Special attention was paid to explaining the procedures for choosing disciplines, their role in the formation of an individual educational trajectory and compliance with modern labor market requirements. In the process of interactive interaction, the students had the opportunity to clarify individual aspects of academic disciplines, as well as receive professional recommendations on the optimal choice of educational components.
It is emphasized that elective subjects are a key tool for personalizing the educational process, contributing to the deepening of professional competencies, the development of practice-oriented skills and increasing the competitiveness of future graduates.
