Viktor Savchenko, Professor of the Department of History of Ukraine, SUNPU, Doctor of Historical Sciences, took part in the International Scientific Conference dedicated to Romania's participation in World War I. The conference was organized in Romania in the city of Vaslui by the Institute of History of the Romanian Academy of Sciences, the State University of Moldova, and the Historical Museum of Vaslui. The Conference was attended by doctors of science and scientists from Romania, Ukraine, the USA, and Moldova. Viktor Savchenko will present a report-presentation: The last battles of the Great War: the offensive of the Romanian army in Southern Bessarabia and on the Dniester in January-February 1918, which aroused the interest of scientists from different countries.
