June 3, 2017, at the meeting of the International Association of Rectors of the European Pedagogical Universities, the Rector of South Ukrainian national pedagogical university named after K. D. Ushynsky was awarded the honors - the golden medal of the University named after M. Drahomanov for a significant contribution to the development of pedagogical education.
