July 29, 2019, a seminar was held in Harbin (People's Republic of China) on the topic of "Development of joint projects in the field of humanities and training of highly qualified personnel" at the Ukrainian Cultural and Scientific Information Center, opened at the Harbin University of Engineering in August 2018.

 The event has been attended by a group of representatives of Ushynsky University consisting of the Pro-Rector of the University S.P. Tronko and Professor G.V. Muzychenko, as well as representatives of a group of Ukrainian teachers from leading schools of Odesa and higher education institutions in Mykolayiv. During the work the results of the work of the Center for the previous year have been discussed as well as the prospects of cooperation between the universities in the future.
