October 30, 2019 Member of the Presidium of the National Union of Regional Studies of Ukraine Bazhan Oleg Grygorovych presented one of the most prestigious awards in the country, Certificate of Honorary Ethnographer of Ukraine for recognized scientific achievements to Victor Anatolii Savchenko Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor of the Department of History of Ukraine of South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D.
