On December 18, 2019, the Department of Education and Science of the Odesa City Council and Ushynsky University signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The parties agreed to coordinate efforts in the field of putting into practice scientifically grounded mechanisms of effective, innovative management, facilitating the organization of students' internships, providing scientific advice to educational institutions.

The Plan of joint events and projects will be implemented on an annual basis.

The Department of Educational Management and Public Administration will be responsible for the implementation of the Memorandum from Ushynsky University.
