On March 11, 2021, postgraduate students majoring in 015 Vocational Education visited the Odesa Regional Center for Inclusive Education. The head of the center Orlenko Iryna Mykolaivna told future specialists-educators about the importance of implementing the concept of inclusive education.
During the discussion, the participants noted that inclusion is due to the need for an individual approach to each child with special needs. This creates a need, first of all, for flexible legislation and prompt regulation of the situation, rather than clearly defined rules and regulations. The postgraduate students came to the conclusion that innovations are very important, which help a student with special needs in education to adjust the duration of the educational process, workload and select teaching aids individually.
